ICQ 6.5 = Malware?

Dass man kein proprietäres IM-Programm nutzen sollte, zeige ich mal anhand des aktuellen IM-Programm ICQ 6.5. Mein Kaspersky Internet Security CBE 09 zeigt während der Installation folgendes an:



Da fragt man sich, warum ICQ diese Datei mit einem Kennwort schützt? Hat ICQ außer den Nutzungsbedingungen noch etwas zu verbergen? Wenn jemand das Kennwort dazu wüsste, wäre ich dankbar, wenn ich es zugeschickt bekommen würde.
